Twice a year, Neuhaus introduces a range of new seasonal pralines.

For spring, their Maitre Chocolatier found inspiration in delicious traditional cakes, which he magically transformed into heavenly pralines.

Lemon Meringue, Poire Belle-Helene, Brownie with walnut, Apricot Frangipani and Black Forest; these Cup'ines are equally appealing to the eye and the taste buds!

All 5 pralines consist of various layers: a smooth chocolate ganache on the bottom, some tasteful little additions above it, and topped with a decorative gianduji curl. Especially for the Cup'ines, we have designed festive paper cups that will brighten up the display counters this spring!
