Twice a year, Neuhaus introduces a range of new seasonal
pralines.
For spring, their Maître Chocolatier found inspiration in
delicious traditional cakes, which he magically transformed
into heavenly pralines.

Lemon Meringue, Poire Belle-Hélène, Brownie with
walnut, Apricot Frangipani and Black Forest; these Cup’ines
are equally appealing to the eye and the taste buds!

All 5 pralines consist of various layers: a smooth chocolate
ganache on the bottom, some tasteful little additions
above it, and topped with a decorative gianduja curl.
Especially for the Cup’ines, we have designed festive paper
cups that will brighten up the display counters this spring!

Cerisette by Neuhaus

Bonbon 13 by Neuhaus

This praline is among the oldest in the assortment and the recipe has remained unchanged since 1937. This recipe is the successful marriage of a dark ganache with a hint of rum, the whole coated in a thin layer of milk chocolate which enhances the flavour of the ganache. BUY NOW!
